To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please follow the designated parking instructions based on your festival role:

General Attendees
Location:
General parking is located at the main fairgrounds lot. Overflow parking will be available at nearby designated lots (follow posted signage).
Cost:
Cost: $15.00 fee for general parking in the primary lot, $10.00 fee for general parking in the overflow lot (first come, first served)
Reserved Parking:
Available for $45 and includes a guaranteed space regardless of arrival time. A valid reserved parking pass must be presented upon entry.
Sponsors
Location:
Hale Street Sponsor Parking Area (close to near sponsor area).
Access Point:
Use the Hale Street gate entrance only.
Instructions:
Upon arrival, present your sponsor badge or give your business name to festival staff upon arrival. Volunteers will direct you to your assigned area.
Note:
This area is reserved and monitored for sponsors only. Early exit access is available through the same gate.
Vendors
Vendor Parking Location:
Gated parking area inside festival area; additional vehicles parking on 3rd Street.
Access Point:
Setup & Load-In (Thursday Evening and Early Morning Friday); Use the 3rd Street Entrance for unloading. Volunteers will guide you to your setup location.
After Setup:
All vehicles must be moved to the vendor-designated parking located within the festival area. Only one (1) parking space per vendor; additional vehicle parking is on 3rd Street.
Note:
Vendor vehicles are not allowed to park in the guest, sponsor, or overflow parking lot. Parking spaces are first come, first serve.
Volunteers
Vendor Parking Location:
Volunteer parking is located on 4th Street in the overflow parking lot across from the main entrance of the Augusta Exchange Fairgrounds.
Access Point:
Use the 4th Street entrance only
Instructions:
Present your volunteer badge or provide your name to the festival staff at the gate for access.
Note:
This area is reserved and monitored for volunteers and overflow guests only.
Performers & Artists
Location:
Performer parking is in the designated lot near the main stage (Hale Street entrance Performer/Artist Lane gate).
Access:
Check in with the stage manager or site coordinator upon arrival.
Note:
One vehicle pass per act is permitted unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight.
